Excellent location, easy parking, pleasant surprises in the room , homely atmosphere, comfortable beds.

the villa was everything we hoped for and more during our romantic stay in lincoln. it exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and thoughtful amenities. we especially loved the beautiful interior and furniture. would highly recommend for a cosy and enjoyable getaway.

great location, walking distance to the center and International Bomber Command Centre. Warm, welcoming, cozy house with a comfortable vibe. Excellent value, especially for 4 people. Helpful touches like milk, tea, and coffee.

Strong damp smell in the house.

The location of the accommodation was ideal, within walking distance of the town center and offering easy access to country walks and cycle paths. the house itself was well-appointed, with comfy beds and a lovely bathroom. the kitchen was well-equipped and there was easy parking right outside. the main bedroom boasted an incredible view of the nearby cathedral.

There was some traffic noise from the main road behind the property, which detracted from the enjoyment of the garden area.

The modern and fresh decor throughout added to the overall comfort of my stay. I also found the holiday cottage to be comfortable, providing me with a cozy and enjoyable experience.

One situation that I can relate to is the steep stairs to the first floor. Although not an issue for most people, it is worth considering for those who may have limited mobility or young children.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. the location was fantastic, being within walking distance of the city center and the International Bomber Command Centre. the house itself was warm, welcoming, and had a comfortable vibe. the beds were incredibly comfy, and the bathroom was lovely, with a great shower and nice touches like shower gel and hand soap. It was also a plus to have parking available and a well-equipped kitchen.

The place was a total gem! So clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating when there was a misunderstanding about the number of beds needed. The location was very quiet and not on a main road. Plus, it was just a short walk to the city center.

Not much to complain about, but it would be helpful to have a map with directions to nearby shops in the facilities book. , the second bedroom mattress could be more comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Lets 23 Villa. the property was clean, perfect for our family of four, and close to the city center. the interior and furniture were beautiful, and the bathroom was super warm. the beds were definitely one of the best we've slept in. the property had all the amenities we needed, and the host even left milk in the fridge for us. We also enjoyed the great view of the cathedral from the front bedroom. it was a cozy and comfortable alternative to a hotel. Cons: No issues. 👍.
